But most importantly, it prioritizes employee well-being in all aspects — from fresh, delicious food options to spaces that foster connection and creativity, all with sustainability in mind.
To better understand the modern workplace experience, Modern Recipe and Sodexo teamed up with YouGov to conduct a global study on the drivers and behaviors of today’s employees. Nearly 900 U.S. respondents from industries including finance, technology, media, communications and manufacturing highlighted the key factors shaping their workplace experiences. These insights offer companies a roadmap to boosting productivity, engagement and overall well-being.
